Built from restaurants.
Built for restaurants.

Adelante Restaurant Group grew from the everyday work of hospitality: cooking, serving, building teams, and listening to guests.

We remain operators at heart. That experience shapes how we develop concepts, support our teams, and approach growth.

Make something worth coming back to.

Our story began in Kansas City with a love of food and the belief that a restaurant can become part of everyday life: a familiar table, a favorite dish, a celebration, or a neighborhood gathering place.

The lessons learned on the restaurant floor became the foundation for Adelante.

Built by doing.

Restaurant work connects creativity with consistency. An idea needs a clear identity, and a good guest experience needs reliable food, thoughtful service, and a team with the tools to do its work.

That balance guides our approach to restaurant operations and development, from staffing and training to menu direction and daily routines.

Rooted in Kansas City.

Kansas City is where we found our first guests, built relationships, and learned from the communities around us.

We want the restaurants we create to feel connected to their neighborhoods. That means paying attention to the people, traditions, and everyday needs that give each place its character.

Why Adelante?

Adelante means forward.

For us, forward does not always mean faster. It can mean learning, refining, protecting what works, letting go of what does not, or giving an idea the time it deserves.

We measure progress by what we build, how we operate, how we treat people, and whether our restaurants remain worth returning to.

Where we’re going.

We are building distinct food and hospitality concepts, each with its own voice and supported by the shared experience of the group.

New opportunities may begin with an ingredient, a neighborhood, a tradition, or a conversation. We consider how an idea can serve its guests and how our team can support it over time.

Always forward.
